TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. LICENCE All pupils must have a provisional / full driving licence and be able to produce both the paper counterpart and the photo card prior to training being given. 2. PAYMENTS BuzzMe2Drive reserves the right to charge for any training not cancelled at least 24 working hours, (48 if 2 hours or more) before lesson(s) is/are due to begin. Cancellations to be made verbally by person or via phone NOT by text. or Email. Payment for training must be made at the start of the lesson, there is a strict NO CREDIT policy. Prepayments are not refundable unless special circumstances arise. All payments are made to the driving instructor directly, therefore the school cannot be held responsible for any dispute relating to payment or owed tuition. 3. INSTRUCTORS Our driving instructors work on a strictly self-employed basis, therefore all appointments must be made through your driving instructor direct. Whilst every effort is made for training to be given by the same instructor there may be exceptional circumstances where change of instructor is unavoidable. Therefore the school reserves the right to change instructor should this be a requirement. 4. INSURANCE Fees include pupils cover for insurance, liability claims whilst driving under the instruction of a BuzzMe2Drive instructor. 5. OFFICIAL DRIVING TESTS BuzzMe2Drive instructors reserve the right to withhold the training vehicle for the driving test if in the instructors opinion the pupil has not reached the required standard. Three clear working days notice must be given for any cancellation or re-scheduling of the driving test, otherwise the driving test fee will be forfeited. BuzzMe2Drive instructors are also not responsible for any driving tests that have been double booked. (Please quote my ADI number 324682 to avoid this). 6. APPOINTMENTS All bookings are made on the understanding that BuzzMe2Drive instructors are not responsible for the postponement of training due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical breakdown of training vehicles. 7. PERSONAL PROPERTY BuzzMe2Drive instructors cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings left in the training vehicle. BM2D 08/10
